Request permanent deletion of your Animind account and all associated data. This action cannot be undone.

📋 Steps to Delete Your Account

  1. Fill out the form below with your account email address (the one you used to sign in with Google)
  2. Optionally provide your User ID (found in app settings: Profile → About) to speed up processing
  3. Confirm that you understand the consequences by checking the confirmation box
  4. Click "Delete My Account" - this will open your email client with a pre-filled deletion request
  5. Send the email to support@animind.zohodesk.eu
  6. Wait for confirmation - we will process your request within 30 days and send you a confirmation email

⚠️ Important: Your Google account will NOT be deleted. Only your Animind account and data will be removed.

⚠️ Critical Warning

  • This will permanently delete your entire Animind account
  • All your data will be permanently removed (pet profiles, history, training data)
  • You will lose access to all premium features and subscriptions
  • This action cannot be undone
  • You will need to create a new account if you want to use Animind again

Account deletion is permanent and includes everything. Data deletion only removes your data but keeps your account active.

🗑️ Data Types That Will Be Deleted

  • Account Information: Your Animind account profile, email address, display name
  • Pet Data: All pet profiles, photos, and associated information
  • Behavior History: All behavior detection records, analysis history, and insights
  • Training Data: All AI training feedback, corrections, and user interactions
  • App Settings: All user preferences, notifications settings, and customizations
  • Authentication Data: Your Supabase authentication record (your Google account connection to Animind)
  • Subscription Data: All premium subscription information and feature access records

📦 Data Types That Will NOT Be Deleted

  • Your Google Account: Your Google account itself remains unchanged. Only the connection between your Google account and Animind is removed.
  • Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you personally may be retained for service improvement purposes.
  • Legal Records: Any data we are legally required to retain (e.g., transaction records for accounting purposes) will be kept as required by law.

⏱️ Data Retention Period

Processing Time: We will process your account deletion request within 30 days as required by GDPR regulations.

After Deletion: Once your account is deleted, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems. No data will be retained beyond the 30-day processing period, except for:

  • Anonymized analytics data (if any) - retained indefinitely for service improvement
  • Legal/accounting records - retained as required by applicable law (typically 7 years for financial records)

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been permanently deleted.
